Trouble Up High
This is another in0020a series of pictures that gives us a chance to look and think. What do you see here?
Whenever you stack lots of antennas and coax up a tower, there is always room for problems.
Among the dangers to the hardware are the wind, ice, tower crew mis-step, snipers, and the occasional big bird. This picture of a tower section comes to us from a reader in the Mid-South.
Take a look at this picture, and see if you can point out the problem. There are a couple of guesses that can be made, so we will stipulate that the issue depicted did not take the station off the air.
We will not the first correct answer, as well as the “close but no banana” answer.
