When bad things happen, it is good to know where you can turn for quick assistance. Here are some resources. (If you do not have a generator, you might want to print this page and keep it handy.)

This site is for communications providers, broadcasters, and others to report problems and status. Assistance in arranging for STA’s is available.

Remember to call to Report tower beacon and side-light outages. Be sure to get the NOTAM number and call and report when the lights are restored!

A 24-7 Natural Disaster Priority Service line has been set up, designed to facilitate the fastest possible equipment delivery to restore a primary site, enhance a backup site, or to help with studio-transmitter links for anyone suffering major losses from floods, tornados – or any other disaster. Installation help is also available.
